In a truly awe-inspiring display of creativity, linguistic brilliance, and collective effort, over 400 students from The Krisar Academy CBSE Senior Secondary School, Paratharami, Ranipet District, have etched their names in the annals of history. On 16th March 2025, these young visionaries achieved a monumental feat by creating and reciting more than 2000 original proverbs within a span of just two hours. This remarkable achievement set a new world record in "Own Proverbs Recitation," officially registered in the prestigious World Book of Records, London.
A Triumph of Language and Creativity
The atmosphere was electric as students across various grades came together with a singular purpose: to showcase the power of original thought. Unlike traditional recitations of existing proverbs, this event challenged students to craft their own wisdom-filled sayings. The result was a stunning collection of over 2000 unique proverbs, covering themes of life, ethics, nature, and society.
The grand event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests who added great prestige to the occasion. We were honored to host Mr. Santhosh Shukla, CEO of the World Book of Records, along with Ms. Ankitha Shah and Mr. Balaravindran, adjudicators for the South Region, India. Their rigorous verification and official validation of the achievement brought a wave of pride and joy to the entire Krisar community.
Star Power and Inspiration
Adding a dash of stardom to the event was celebrity guest Yuvraj Master. He addressed the gathering with high energy, inspiring students with his encouraging words. He expressed his admiration for the students' creativity, noting that the ability to synthesize complex thoughts into concise proverbs is a sign of high intellectual capability.
